NextPlane Connects Microsoft Teams, UCaaS, and CX Platform with GenAI

NextPlane has introduced two new software offerings called OpenCall and OpenAxys. It integrates AI capabilities into Microsoft Teams PSTN calling with Unified Communications (UCaaS) and call center (CX) platforms.

OpenCall facilitates the integration of any UC platform or SIP Trunk provider with Microsoft Teams. It allows users to make calls and display their presence status directly within Teams while utilizing their current setup.

OpenAxys integrates UC and CX platforms with AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to provide new capabilities. It leverages generative AI and industry-specific AI models with LLMs to improve agent performance.
