Zeotap Introduces AI-assistant for Creating Audience Segments, Ada

Zeotap, a provider of customer data solutions, has announced the release of “AdaTM,” a state-of-the-art artificial intelligence solution that improves communication between marketers and the Zeotap CDP.

With the help of AdaTM, which is powered by the PaLM-2 model, marketers can easily explore, comprehend, and activate data within Zeotap CDP. Zeotap CDP’s AI-companion takes user-specified segmentation criteria and converts them into actionable conditions that can be saved or modified to create audience segments.

Additionally, users can activate these audiences for a variety of objectives with AdaTM without needing to have a thorough understanding of the underlying data structures.
