Zeda.io, a leader in customer insights, has launched Insights 2.0, an advanced AI tool aimed at transforming how product leaders use customer feedback for developing revenue-generating products.

This tool features an AI Copilot that turns customer feedback into actionable insights, aiding in the discovery of critical customer issues and new product opportunities. Designed for B2B & SaaS companies, it aims to streamline product management by capturing and analyzing Voice of Customer (VoC) from multiple channels.
