Voiceflow, a platform for building conversational chatbots, secures USD 15 million in funding

Voiceflow Inc., a platform for developers to create conversational chatbots powered by artificial intelligence, announced that a USD 15 million funding round led by venture capital firm OpenView has closed.

The company has now raised USD 35 million in total, increasing its valuation by 50% since its previous round in July 2021. The startup provides a conversational AI platform that enables groups to cooperatively create sophisticated and scaleable chat agents that can automate internal processes, customer support, and other use cases.

Voiceflow claims that because of its platform’s emphasis on usability and collaboration, teams can save a significant amount of time when designing, testing, and deploying AI agents.
