VerifyMe, Inc. together with its subsidiary PeriShip Global LLC, announced that it has acquired the assets of Trust Codes Limited, a New Zealand business specializing in data intelligence and consumer engagement technology.
According to VerifyMe, this acquisition will improve the company’s capacity to provide product traceability services to a diverse clientele. Trust Codes Limited, a 2013 start up, offers cloud-based brand protection based on an exclusive digital identity for each individual item.
According to Paul Ryan, CEO of Trust Codes Limited, “Trust Codes Limited is excited at the opportunities this transaction creates for us to work with the VerifyMe team and expand our full suite of services into the US market and globally.
