The company announced that Red Box is a new addition to Uniphore’s portfolio, and its conversation features will enhance the platform’s capabilities. In order to advance automation and analytics at scale in the contact center using its sector-leading conversational AI and automation, Uniphore claimed that the acquisition of Red Box would provide access to AI-ready voice and screen recording data from conversations.
According to the business, this will lead to a quicker time to value and a better customer experience at a lower cost.
