Transmission, a company specializing in content and communication software powered by AI, has recently disclosed its acquisition of LobbyFox and Industrial Communications. LobbyFox is a visitor management software company, while Industrial Communications is a digital signage software division of Eyeconic TV. The acquisition cost remains undisclosed, but it includes the complete LobbyFox integrated software suite and the team and assets that come with it. Additionally, Transmission has obtained the digital signage, HMI application software, and proprietary hardware under Industrial Communications.
