TimeXtender Announces the Acquisition of BI Builders as Part of Its Long-Term Growth Strategy

TimeXtender, an Aarhus, Denmark-based data management and automation software company, has acquired BI Builders, a Stavanger, Norway-based data automation software company.

TimeXtender said their position in the data management and data warehouse automation market will be strengthened by this acquisition, which will enable it to provide users and customers with a more complete data automation solution.

According to Jerel So land, CEO of BI Builders, “TimeXtender and BI Builders share the same ambitions and overarching goal of becoming a global market leader within data warehouse automation.”
