The survey platform SurveyMonkey announced the introduction of SurveyMonkey Forms. To improve the effectiveness of form development, the solution will enable users to create web forms using pre-built templates, customizable fields, and third-party integrations.

Forms will be offered as a standalone tool and as part of all paid plans at no additional cost. Forms’ primary target market, like that of other SurveyMonkey services, is the small business user. It comes with 30 editable templates that make it simple to create forms for lead generation, event registration, application submission, payment collection, etc.

It also includes pre-built form fields and layouts, the company claims. Rebuilt integrations with programs like Mailchimp and Zapier are among the features.
