Square 9 Softworks, a provider of business digital transformation solutions, has unveiled a new product that automates document capture and data extraction using machine learning and artificial intelligence.
The new product, dubbed TransformAI (TAI), completely eschews the use of template-based data extraction and instead extracts data from documents by intelligently determining the identity and location of information on each page. In addition to lowering the number of human touchpoints required to collect document information, this choice is anticipated to save customers some money on professional services during system implementation alone.
