SentiOne introduces Charts, the first leaderboard for social listening

SentiOne, a Polish company that develops AI-powered social listening and automation solutions, has announced SentiCharts, a new social listening project.

SentiCharts is a leaderboard that tracks brand performance online across all major social media platforms as well as publicly accessible websites, blogs, and forums. SentiCharts is an extension of the business’s annual Social Index report, which evaluated the social media performance of brands across ten different categories, from consumer electronics to automakers to e-commerce businesses.

The brand metrics that are tracked by the new leaderboard include mention counts, emotional sentiment, language breakdowns, and more.
