Salsify released a White Paper on the evolution of Product Experience Management (PXM), 
authored by co-founder Rob Gonzalez.  
It outlines the shift in business needs requiring a next-gen PXM platform for brand 
manufacturers to achieve growth, efficiency, and tech consolidation. The paper emphasizes 
PXM’s role in optimizing digital retail touchpoints and evolving beyond traditional Product 
Information Management (PIM) solutions.
A recent IDC report supports the integration of PIM into broader PXM platforms. The White 
Paper highlights the importance of centralizing product content.
