Salesforce Initiates Acquisition of Spiff

Salesforce decided to buy Spiff, a top supplier of cutting-edge incentive compensation management (ICM) software, in full. Spiff’s platform allows for scalable commission automation by fusing a robust processing engine with spreadsheet-like familiarity.

Following the acquisition, Spiff will improve Salesforce’s sales performance management (SPM) offerings by integrating with SalesCloud. Through this partnership, customers will have access to a reliable platform for enhanced visibility and excellent selling capabilities, which will further unlock their customer base’s potential for growth.

Subject to customary closing conditions, the acquisition is anticipated to close in the first quarter of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2025.
