Q-nomy Inc., a provider of omnichannel business process and customer journey optimization solutions, has announced the release of QFlow 6.3 SP2.
The new release, according to the company, places a big emphasis on accessibility, making it simpler for platform users with disabilities, like customer service agents and service managers, to use it. Along with accessibility, Q-nomy has also unveiled a new authentication server that enables compliance with the most recent single sign-on standards.
The company said that Q-Flow 6.3 SP2 is now available to new and existing users of Q-nomy’s Q-Flow omnichannel customer journey management software.
