NICE Completes Acquisition of LiveVox, Creating a Conversational AI Powerhouse

NICE has announced the closing of the acquisition of LiveVox. The company said in the announcement that LiveVox’s AI-driven proactive outreach capabilities combined with NICE’s platform CXone resulted in the creation of the market’s only interaction-centric platform.

The platform will serve as the essential cornerstone for delivering superior AI-driven CX. Through this partnership, smart automation will be facilitated by integrating CX AI and streamlining CX operations.

According to LiveVox, NICE’s customer base is complementary to its own, offering a substantial opportunity for growth. Its customer base is diverse and devoted, consisting of hundreds of businesses of all sizes.
