Lyft has implemented in-app advertisements to enhance the rider experience and increase revenue from the Lyft Media ecosystem.
In order to deliver the appropriate ads to the appropriate Lyft users within the Lyft app, the ridesharing service teamed up with e-commerce technology company Rokt. To improve the rider experience and give advertisers more options, Lyft Media has added a number of digital and out-of-home touchpoints.
As a result, according to the business, Lyft Media’s revenue increased fourfold in the previous year.
