Lumen Technologies has officially planned to release the Operator Connect for Microsoft Teams Phone offering as part of the ongoing partnership between Lumen and Microsoft. The introduction of this product is set to address the challenge that companies face in modernizing their hybrid employee workforce.

Lumen believes it will bring significant value by providing the simple and fast connectivity and collaboration abilities needed to meet the demands of the hybrid work environment.
