Ibex partners with Genesys to offer next-generation omnichannel customer experience and contact center solutions.
The alliance will allow both companies to expand and improve their CX and contact center offerings. Ibex’s Wave X technology platform will be added to Genesys Cloud CX® and deliver composable contact center as a service and employee experience solutions to enterprise clients.
Genesys Cloud CX will also allow organizations to coordinate every interaction and touchpoint through omnichannel options, turnkey AI end-to-end journey optimization, and built-in employee experience.
This will also improve employee experience and create unified interfaces across both companies’ channels and solutions.
