Getty Images launched Enhanced Search on its and iStock’s platforms, powered by AI and machine learning.

This feature enables users to search millions of images, videos, and illustrations using natural and conversational queries, improving the efficiency and relevance of search results. Enhanced Search is automatically activated for creative searches across all languages globally, offering a more intuitive search experience.

Grant Farhall, the Chief Product Officer, stated that this development aims to facilitate the discovery and licensing of visuals for commercial use. The innovation enhances search flexibility and effectiveness, significantly reducing instances of sparse or no results.
