Genesys Finishes the Process of Acquiring Radarr Technologies

Genesys, a cloud-based experience orchestration company, has acquired Radarr Technologies, an AI-powered digital listening, analytics, and consumer engagement firm. The acquisition will enable Genesys to combine the Radarr capabilities with the Genesys Cloud platform, allowing it to enhance the power of experience orchestration.

Through the connection of insights across traditional service channels and public social media feeds, organizations can deliver personalized experiences at scale. The Radarr AI portfolio, including its models for attitudinal, sentiment, and interaction analysis of social media, will help organizations unify the customer experience beyond what’s possible today.

The integration is expected to be available in the first quarter of 2024.
