Generative AI startup Ask-AI raises USD 11M to break customer service data silos

Ask-AI Technologies Ltd., an artificial intelligence startup, has announced the opening of its new Generative AI Sidekick tool in addition to a USD 11 million funding round.

With the participation of Vertex Ventures, State of Mind Ventures, and GTMFund in the most recent Series A round led by Leaders Fund, the company has raised USD 20 million in total funding. The company has developed a generative AI platform to improve employees’ capacity to locate information from other datasets and the company knowledge base with speed and efficiency.

Along with helping with monotonous business tasks, it can also comprehend the “voice” of the customer.
