In order to integrate Five9’s cloud contact center solutions with Qualtrics Frontline Care, Qualtrics and Five9 have announced a partnership.
The new integration between Five9 Event Subscription Services and the Qualtrics XM Platform, according to Qualtrics, enables customer service teams to learn more about how their customers feel about a service experience, identify opportunities for agent coaching and problems with quality control, and react more quickly when a customer relationship is in danger.
The companies contend that by combining their capabilities, contact center managers will be better able to provide more individualized customer experiences and improve the agent experience, both of which will boost brand loyalty.
