LoyaltyLoop is announcing the release of a new Enterprise Print Management Solutions (EPMS) integration add-on. For printers using EPMS, this new integration automates the procedure of obtaining comments and reviews.
According to LoyaltyLoop, when printers link their EPMS to LoyaltyLoop, they can automatically ask their customers for feedback and Google reviews soon after their experience. The customer contact information flows automatically into LoyaltyLoop after the transaction closes in EPMS. According to the business, requests for feedback and reviews can come as soon as the following day because LoyaltyLoop receives customer contact information as soon as transactions are completed.

In order to meet their unique business requirements, printers can even specify a feedback request delay. Any organization using EPMS software can access the integration.
