Qualtrics, experience management (XM) platform, announced the general availability of Digital Experience Analytics (DXA). It is a brand-new tool that enables businesses to visualize how customers behaved while using the internet, identifying key signs of annoyance like angry clicks, error clicks, and mouse thrashes.
To find the most pertinent session replays, DXA uses Qualtrics AI. This enables brands to take quick action to enhance customer experiences, prevent lost sales, and boost customer conversion and loyalty. Built-in privacy controls assist organizations in maintaining compliance with data privacy laws while enhancing and personalizing the digital experiences of their customers.
According to the company, without having to ask a question, organizations can use Digital Experience Analytics to pinpoint the underlying reasons for behavioral frustration signals.
