Data Capture and Workflow Automation Firm Formstack Acquires Formsite

Formstack, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company announced that it has acquired Formsite, a Chicago-based forms provider.

The company backed by PSG and Silversmith that offers a flexible, no-code suite to create and orchestrate workflow with custom forms, documents, and eSignatures. This acquisition aligns with Formstack’s aim to bolsters its position as a leader in the data capture and forms market.

The combined capability is provided as a component of a potent toolkit that enables users to leverage their data in a multitude of ways and connect their systems with other tools to send pertinent data to important systems.
