Converseon, NLP powered consumer insights technology and consulting firm, has released the latest version of Conversus, it’s no code NLP (natural language processing) platform.
According to the company, Conversus 5.0 has NLP and text analysis features, including the incorporation of large language models (LLMs) and finely tuned task-specific models created with GPT support.
It will transform consumer and market intelligence and help categorize social and related voice of the customer (“conversation”) data more accurately and effectively than ever before.
