Conversational AI provider Uniphore acquires Hexagone for behavioral analytics

Uniphore Technologies Inc., a provider of conversational AI, has announced the acquisition of Hexagone, a company based in France.

To provide businesses with AI-based insights to better understand human behavior and sentiment, the company combines voice, video, and text-based data. This strengthens the emotion recognition abilities Uniphore acquired with Emotion Research Labs in 2021.

Camille Srour, the founder and CEO of Hexagone, as well as his group of data scientists, joined Uniphore as part of the acquisition. Hexagone said it will enable Uniphore to significantly enhance its X Platform’s understanding of customer sentiment and behavior across all channels.
