Cognizant and Microsoft to teamed up to introduce an Innovation Assistant powered by gen AI

Cognizant has partnered with Microsoft to launch the Innovation Assistant, an AI-powered tool built on Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. It will augment Cognizant’s internal innovation program, Bluebolt.

The Innovation Assistant assimilates enterprise knowledge and enables greater creativity and innovation among Cognizant employees. The tool will help Cognizant employees develop a unique combination of virtual guidance and real-world support. It can utilize the company’s full expertise and co-innovation to benefit clients.

The platform is built on Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, and it is designed to generate context-based ideas and solutions while safeguarding sensitive information and client confidentiality.
