In order to provide next-generation Conversational AI solutions to Avaya’s base of contact center customers, Cognigy, a platform for Conversational AI, announced at Enterprise Connect 2023 an expanded partnership with Avaya, a solutions platform to enhance and simplify communications and collaboration.
Cognigy said its Conversational AI and Generative AI solutions, which are integrated with the Avaya Experience Platform, will allow Avaya customers to develop next-generation customer experiences while boosting productivity and boosting employee engagement.
According to the companies, the combined solution will enhance and automate a superior customer experience while also giving contact center employees the tools they need to succeed in a setting that is becoming more and more challenging.
