The study revealed the digital behaviors of global consumers and revealed the emergence of new user applications that are more in demand for digital services.

Consumer demand for using digital services through applications has only increased. While considering that application users have zero tolerance for poor digital performance, brands should develop user-friendly apps for convenience.
