Boost.ai, a cloud-based provider of conversational artificial intelligence (CAI) at scale, has announced a new strategic partnership with Lydonia Technologies, an intelligent automation software and solutions provider.

According to Boost.ai, as businesses continue to prioritize world-class customer service, the partnership between boost.ai and Lydonia further enables this shift through intelligent automation and self-service capabilities. The integration will see Lydonia Technologies offer customers a conversational AI-powered chatbot and integrate the technology alongside existing employee automation.

The company claims that 86% of consumers now expect online self-service capabilities when interacting with a brand, and with the boost.ai partnership, Lydonia can also provide these self-service capabilities, merging the employee and customer experience into one solution.
