Birdeye launched a new social media management platform called Birdeye Social to cater to the complexities of multi-location brands.

It uses AI to offer a centralized platform that enables personalized posts at scale and streamlined management across locations. Birdeye Social features multi-location publishing, bulk publishing, AI-generated content, a post library, visual calendar, approval workflows, engagement tracking, reporting, and AI-powered content generation.
