AWS Summit New York, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Twilio to work together to fuel artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities for Twilio customers.

Twilio CustomerAI is a recent product out of their collaboration. With its CustomerAI technology layer the CustomerAI technology layer will combine customer engagement platform data, large language models (LLMs), and generative and predictive AI to unlock stronger customer relationships for brands.

The upcoming features of Twilio Segment’s Customer Data Platform will help businesses better understand customers and deliver value to them in time.
