Autoflow has announced the release of website widgets that, according to the company, are designed to maximize the likelihood of converting website visitors into text conversations and scheduled appointments.
The business claimed that its chat-to-text widget will allow real-time communication with service advisors, while its appointment scheduler widget will allow appointments to be made directly from the shop’s website and will include a personalized pre-appointment questionnaire as well as a prompt to address previously declined services from previous Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).
The appointment scheduler is also a time saver for everyone because it accommodates customers by allowing them to do so proactively when ready to do so, which they typically do after regular business hours, according to Colin Watson, service advisor at Dallas-based Golden Rule Auto Care.
