Cast Software, a producer of software intelligence tools, and Asperitas, a provider of cloud services, have teamed up to automate cloud migrations.
An established application modernization framework from Asperitas can assist businesses in inventorying their current apps and moving them to the cloud. For analyzing software infrastructure at scale, Cast has been creating tools like Cast Highlight and Cast Imaging. Cast Highlight will be used by Asperitas experts to assess an app’s agility, open-source risk, and cloud readiness.
This will enable businesses to order the migration of their apps to the cloud according to readiness and value to the business. Previously, Asperitas and Cast collaborated to assist a sizable financial institution in developing its application modernization initiatives.
