Adobe’s AI Assistant Brings Conversational AI to PDFs in Reader and Acrobat

Adobe has launched AI Assistant, a generative AI-powered conversational engine integrated into Reader and Acrobat.

The AI Assistant instantly generates summaries, answers questions, and formats information for sharing in emails, reports, and presentations. It leverages the same artificial intelligence and machine learning models behind Acrobat Liquid Mode. The capabilities are available to Acrobat Individual, Pro, Teams customers, and Acrobat Pro trialists.

Features include generative summaries, clickable links, intelligent citations, and easy navigation. The AI Assistant can be used with various document formats beyond PDF. Adobe plans to enhance the capabilities of AI Assistant in the future.
