Accenture to Acquire Navisite for Cloud Technology Transformation

Navisite, a provider of managed services and digital transformation, has been acquired by Accenture. Acquiring Navisite will enable Accenture to enhance and expand its capabilities in managing applications and infrastructure services.

It will assist clients in North America in upgrading their IT systems for the era of artificial intelligence. The financial details of the acquisition from Madison Dearborn Partners, a private equity investment firm, should have been disclosed.

Navisite, a company in Andover, MA, will be integrated into Accenture’s Infrastructure Engineering practice. The team of nearly 1,500 professionals will assist clients in expediting their cloud transitions and establishing a robust digital foundation.
