Yahoo has announced new AI-powered features for Yahoo Mail, including a brand-new shopping feature called Shopping Saver. Yahoo claims it is bringing innovation to the inbox and redefining the user experience with the goal of saving everyone time and money.
Shopping Saver is a feature exclusive to Yahoo Mail that finds lost gift cards, promo codes, and store credits in users’ inboxes and draughts suggested messages to vendors to assist in applying those discounts after a purchase has been made. The majority of American adults have at least one unused gift card, store credit, or voucher on hand, and now Yahoo Mail users can cash in on their inbox.
The Yahoo Mail AI beta app was made available to iOS users earlier this year and includes features like Shopping Saver.
