Enterprise LanguageAI company Smartling, Inc. has announced a new partnership with AI-powered customer communication platform Iterable.

Iterable assists companies like Priceline, Redfin, Glassdoor, and SeatGeek in creating delightful experiences through large-scale, personalized, and harmonious communications. Through this strategic partnership, marketers and product teams will have a more efficient way to deliver multilingual experiences with every interaction by combining Iterable’s cross-channel marketing capabilities with Smartling’s LanguageAITM platform.

The company said that together with workflow management and Smartling’s cloud-based AI-powered translation management platform, Iterable provides strong cross-channel communication capabilities.
